parties. You can also expect us to negotiate the best
possible terms, design alternative deal structures when
needed, suggest areas for contractual protection and provide
strategic advice to improve your bargaining position.
Our service concludes with managing and
expediting the closing of the loan. It will be our
responsibility to be sure that all of the interested parties
have the necessary information to proceed and close the loan
in an expeditious manner. We will be particularly valuable
to the respective legal counsels with interpreting and
complying with agreed upon terms established during the
negotiation process.
